Shira Borzak spoke on a panel at the Cardozo Women’s Law Initiative Fall 2026 Mentorship Dinner & Panel at Cardozo School of Law.

The event brought together law students and practicing attorneys for an evening of mentorship and candid conversation about building a career in law, including strategies for navigating the challenges women continue to face in the profession. Shira joined fellow panelists Katharine Bodde of the New York Civil Liberties Union, Courtney Crosby of Appellate Advocates and Jillian Kulikowski of Akin.

Shira is a partner in the firm’s New York office, where she advises clients on the technology and intellectual property aspects of private equity and M&A transactions, as well as general commercial and IP licensing matters.
