Massumi + Consoli is pleased to announce that Jonathan Conigliari has joined the firm’s Private Equity and M&A practice as a partner in its Los Angeles office. Jonathan’s experience and industry knowledge will help the firm as it continues to strengthen its Chambers-ranked M&A practice and transactional capabilities.

Jonathan will represent private equity firms and their portfolio companies, along with other public and private companies, on a broad range of complex transactions. His arrival will further bolster the firm’s ability to deliver an unmatched client experience to sponsors and other dynamic and acquisitive enterprises.

Prior to joining Massumi + Consoli, Jonathan practiced at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
