Massumi + Consoli Counsels FTV Capital in Agreement to Sell Majority Stake in Agiloft to KKR

Massumi + Consoli represented FTV Capital in connection with the agreement to sell a majority stake in Agiloft, a provider of data-first contract lifecycle management software, to KKR. As part of the transaction, FTV will make a reinvestment in Agiloft.
