Aaron has extensive experience advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies, along with other private companies, on a broad range of complex transactions, including platform and add-on acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, structured growth investments, early-stage venture investments, dispositions, joint ventures and other strategic transactions, including licensing agreements and strategic partnerships. He also counsels clients on various general corporate and governance matters.
Aaron is a regular speaker, volunteer and supporter of Hope and Heroes Children’s Cancer Fund, an organization that funds life-saving work on childhood cancer and blood disorders.
Prior to joining Massumi + Consoli, Aaron practiced at Goodwin Procter and Willkie Farr & Gallagher. Prior to that, he served as the General Counsel at Wave Sports & Entertainment, a venture-backed sports media company.
In law school, Aaron was a member of the Editorial Board and Articles Selection Committee for the Virginia Law & Business Review and was President of the Virginia Sports Law Society.
