Aileen has extensive experience advising public and privately held companies, boards of directors, special committees and private equity sponsors on a broad range of complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including strategic mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures and strategic partnerships in a broad range of industries. Aileen also advises clients on corporate governance, disclosure issues and compliance matters.
Prior to joining Massumi + Consoli, Aileen practiced at Ropes & Gray and Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
Aileen received the Academic Achievement Scholarship at St. John’s University School of Law and was a member of the St. John’s Law Review.
