Akarshna works with private equity firms and their portfolio companies, along with other enterprises, to structure, negotiate and execute a wide range of complex transactions, including platform and add-on acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, strategic mergers, structured growth investments, special situations and joint ventures. She also counsels clients on various general corporate and governance matters.
Prior to joining Massumi + Consoli, Akarshna practiced at Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
In law school, Akarshna also served as Executive Managing Editor of the Emory Law Journal.
