Alan Delaney is an Associate focused on a broad range of real estate transactions as well as the real estate aspects of M&A, financing transactions and general corporate matters.
Alan advises developers, owners, private equity firms and financial institutions in M&A and corporate real estate transactions. He also has experience representing clients across commercial mortgage, mezzanine and construction financing, acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, leasing and preferred equity investments, as well as in representing parties in transactions subject to bankruptcy proceedings.
Prior to law school, Alan was a Paralegal at Davis Polk & Wardwell. He also worked as an Analyst at Platinum Equity Advisors.
Alan received a Dean’s Merit Scholarship from UCLA School of Law.
