Amanjot works with private equity firms and their portfolio companies, along with other enterprises, to structure, negotiate and execute a wide range of complex transactions, including platform and add-on acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, strategic mergers, structured growth investments, special situations and joint ventures. She also counsels clients on various general corporate and governance matters.
She received the Book Award & CALI – Excellence For The Future Award for achieving the highest grade in her U.S. Constitutional Law class and was a student athlete at McMaster University (soccer). Amanjot was also an Associate Editor for the U.S. & Canada Law Journal Editorial Board.
