Andreas works with private equity firms and their portfolio companies, along with other enterprises, to structure, negotiate and execute a wide range of complex transactions, including platform and add-on acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, strategic mergers, structured growth investments, special situations and joint ventures. He also counsels clients on various general corporate and governance matters.
Prior to joining Massumi + Consoli, Andreas practiced at Sidley Austin.
During law school, Andreas was a Notes Editor for the Northwestern Journal of International Law & Business.
Andreas is fluent in German and Greek.
