Brian works with private equity firms and their portfolio companies, along with other enterprises, to structure, negotiate and execute a wide range of complex transactions, including platform and add-on acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, strategic mergers, growth equity investments, recapitalizations, management equity arrangements, special situations, joint ventures, dispositions and sales transactions. He also counsels clients on various general corporate and governance matters.
Prior to joining Massumi + Consoli, Brian practiced at Goodwin Procter.
In law school, Brian was an Executive Editor of the New York Law School Law Review and a member of the Dean’s Leadership Council.
