Brooke works with private equity firms and their portfolio companies, along with other enterprises, to structure, negotiate and execute a wide range of complex transactions, including platform and add-on acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, strategic mergers, structured growth investments, special situations and joint ventures. She also counsels clients on various general corporate and governance matters.
She was an Associate Editor for the Denver Law Review. Brooke also served as Co-President of the Native American Law Students Association.
