Marisa works with private equity firms and their portfolio companies, along with other enterprises, to structure, negotiate and execute a wide range of complex transactions, including platform and add-on acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, strategic mergers, structured growth investments, special situations and joint ventures. She also counsels clients on various general corporate and governance matters.
In law school, Marisa was an Associate Editor for the UCLA Law Review.
