Rachel works with private equity firms and their portfolio companies, along with other public and private companies, on a broad range of complex transactions, including platform and add-on acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, strategic mergers, structured growth investments, dispositions, special situations transactions and joint ventures. She also counsels clients on various general corporate and governance matters.
Prior to joining Massumi + Consoli, Rachel practiced at Goodwin Procter and Winston & Strawn.
Rachel was a student athlete at the University of Southern California (basketball).
