Trevor has extensive experience advising public and privately held companies, boards of directors, special committees, high net worth individuals, athletes and entertainers on a broad range of complex transactions, including strategic mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and strategic partnerships, as well as on general corporate and governance matters.
He also advises private equity firms and their portfolio companies, as well as other financial sponsors, on a variety of transactional matters, including platform and add-on acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, dispositions and growth equity investments.
Trevor has led numerous transactions across a wide range of industry verticals, including sports, media and entertainment, technology, food and beverage, retail and transportation, advising distinguished companies and investors, including Viacom, Inc., Guggenheim Partners, Greg Norman, Shaquille O’Neal, Dole Food Company, The Greenbrier Companies, Nokia Corporation and Marlin Equity Partners.
Among other accolades, Trevor has been recognized by The Daily Journal as one of the “Top 40 Lawyers Under 40” in California and by Variety Magazine in the “Up Next” section of its Legal Impact Report.
Trevor was previously a Partner at Paul Hastings. Prior to joining Massumi + Consoli, Trevor co-founded and served as Managing Partner of Everest Talent Management, where he worked with select, well-known athletes to help build brands and off-field businesses. He began his career in the corporate department at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
