Zach has extensive experience advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies, along with other public and private companies, on a broad range of complex transactions, including platform and add-on acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, strategic mergers, structured growth investments, dispositions, special situations transactions and joint ventures. He also counsels clients on various general corporate and governance matters.
Prior to joining Massumi + Consoli, Zach practiced at Katten Muchin Rosenman.
