EXPERIENCE

Mr. Edlin is an Associate of MCLLP.  Prior to joining MCLLP, he was an associate in the Corporate group of Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP.  He has extensive experience representing private equity firms and their portfolio companies, as well as strategic investors, on a variety of acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, joint ventures, and other complex transactions and general corporate matters.

EDUCATION

Mr. Edlin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Franklin and Marshall College. Mr. Edlin then earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School.

Mr. Edlin is licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
