Aaron Feuer is a Partner focused on the executive compensation, employee benefits and labor aspects of M&A and financing transactions and general corporate matters.
Aaron has extensive experience advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, other strategic investment firms and other public and private companies on executive compensation, employee benefits and labor matters within mergers and acquisitions, financings and other complex transactions, as well as general corporate matters.
His practice includes the design and implementation of compensation arrangements, such as incentive and deferred compensation, profits interests, stock options, bonus plans, restricted stock, and other equity and non-equity-based compensation structures. Aaron also provides counsel on the tax, securities law, and regulatory issues associated with these arrangements.
Prior to joining Massumi + Consoli, Aaron practiced at White & Case, and before that at Cravath, Swaine & Moore.
