Jared counsels private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies and other private and public companies, as well as banks and other financial institutions, on the debt financing aspects of a broad range of complex transactions and in- and out-of-court restructurings, with an emphasis on leveraged acquisition financings, asset-based facilities, fund-level credit facilities, senior and subordinated lending, and first and second lien, bridge, mezzanine and asset-based financings.
Jared has been recognized by The Legal 500 as a Recommended Lawyer for Commercial Lending: Advice to Borrowers.
Prior to joining Massumi + Consoli, Jared was a Partner at McDermott Will & Emery.
