Kyle Johnson is a Partner focused on environmental and health & safety aspects of M&A, real estate and financing transactions and general corporate matters.
Kyle has extensive experience advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies, along with other public and private companies on the environmental and health and safety aspects of mergers and acquisitions, financings and other complex transactions. In addition, Kyle works with national retailers, service providers, and industrial operators to structure and manage their real estate portfolios, including management of environmental compliance and mitigation of environmental risk.
Kyle has been a regular contributor to publications of the American Bar Association and has been a speaker on environmental due diligence, environmental insurance and PFAS at conferences held by ICSC, the ABA and others.
Prior to joining Massumi + Consoli, Kyle was a Partner at Brown Rudnick.
