Ryan has extensive experience advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, other strategic investment firms and other public and private companies on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, financings and other complex transactions, as well as general corporate matters.

 

He regularly works with clients to develop tax-efficient strategies that are comprehensive and tailored to clients’ business goals and objectives.
