Co-founders Peter Massumi and Anthony Consoli recently sat down with Bloomberg Law’s Jeffery Leon to discuss Massumi + Consoli’s recent growth and expanded offering for private equity firms in the middle market.
The article highlights the firm’s recent additions to its debt finance group and specialty practice areas, including tax, intellectual property, and employee benefits, among several others, to provide a complete offering for private equity clients and their portfolio companies.
“What you can see is us having a soup-to-nuts offering for private equity,” Massumi said in an interview. “We’re there for you when you raise the funds and then we’ll do the transactions – we’ll help you buy the companies, help to add value to those companies while you hold them, and help you sell them.”
